Build Tech Expo begins at Vijayawada
Municipal Administration Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said construction plays a key role in the development of the state.
Vijayawada: Municipal Administration Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said construction plays a key role in the development of the state. The state government led by YSRCP president and Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will give more importance to construction field, he said.
The minister participated as chief guest at the three-day Andhra Pradesh Construction and Andhra Pradesh Build Tech Expo organised by Shiny Trade Events (STE) proprietor Sk Baji at SS Convention centre here on Friday.
The minister said development and welfare of the people are equally important and the government is ready to solve all problems related to construction field. Stating that in the past 15 years the government constructed 32 lakh houses, the minister informed that the government is now planning to construct 25 lakh houses of 330 square feet each and give it to the poor freely.
Minister Vellampalli Srinivas, MLAs Malladi Vishnu, Gadde Ramamohana Rao also spoke on the occasion. State CREDAI chairman Sivareddy, CREDAI Vijayawada president Swami, Naga Malleswara Rao, Meenakshi Jain and others were present.
