The Central Election Commission (CEC) on Tuesday released the schedule for by-elections for Badvel in Andhra Pradesh and Huzurabad in Telangana. The Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced that by-elections for the two constituencies will be held on October 30 and counting will take place on November 2. To this end, the Central Election Commission has officially released the schedule. By-elections will be held for 30 Assembly constituencies and three Lok Sabha seats in 14 states across the country.

As the Badvel YSRCP MLA Dr Venkata Subbaiah died on March 28 due to illness. A by-election is also scheduled to be held in Badwel. According to the provisions of the Representation of the People Act, a by-election should be held in Huzurabad within six months, ie by December 12. In this context, the Election Commission has released the schedule for the Huzurabad and Badwel by-elections.

The last date for filing nominations is October 8
Scrutiny of nominations on October 11
The last date for withdrawal of nominations is October 13
Polling on October 30.
Counting of votes announcement of results on November 2.
