Eluru: An Atrocity case has been registered over the incident of detaining woman police constables at the residence of former TDP MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar.
In this case, the police have arrested one of the accused and Chintamaneni's lawyer Srinivasa Babu. The tension prevailed as the huge police forces deployed at the house of the lawyer.
