Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced the calendar to be followed to implement the government programmes throughout the year.

Amaravati: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced the calendar to be followed to implement the government programmes throughout the year.

The Chief Minister said that the calendar was being announced to identify and to update the names of the beneficiaries in advance. "If any name is missing, the beneficiaries should be informed how to enroll their names and to whom the applications should be submitted and how to go through the process," he said.

Jagan asserted that everyone in the State should receive the schemes intended for them. "I do not mind if they do not vote for me," he said.

As per the calendar, Rs 905 crore arrears of the incentives to the MSMEs should be paid on May 22 and the rest of the amount would be paid in June. The Chief Minister said that MSMEs were providing 10 lakh jobs in the State and they should be given support to continue their industries. "A GO to waive the power fixed charges for three months has also been issued," he said.

The pastors, Imams and Muazzins would be paid Rs 5,000 as one-time help on May 26. The Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBK) would be inaugurated on May 30 which would change the economy of the villages. One Joint Collector for each district was appointed to monitor the RBKs.

YSR Vahana Mitra would be implemented on June 4 in which every owner of an auto-rickshaw or a taxi would be given Rs 10,000 financial help.

All the barbers, washermen and tailors who own a shop would be given the annual benefit of Rs 10,000 on June 10 as per the assurance given in the manifesto.

YSR Netanna Hastam would be implemented on June 17. The arrears to the APCO would be paid on that day. The government had obtained cloth for making masks from APCO and that amount would be paid immediately.

The YSR Kapu Nestam would be implemented on June 24. Every woman between the age of 45 and 60 would be given Rs 15,000.

The second installment of Rs 450 crore would be released to the MSMEs on June 29. The Chief Minister announced that 1,060 new vehicles would be provided to the 104 and 108 services on July 1. In connection with the birth anniversary of Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy, 27 lakh house sites would be distributed to the poor on July 8.

On July 29, interest-free loans would be given to the farmers. The school children would be provided with uniform, textbooks, bags, belt, shoes and socks as part of the YSR Vidya Kanuka.

On August 9, as part of the celebration of Adivasi Day, ROFR pattas would be distributed to Adivasis, the Chief Minister said and instructed the ITDA project officers and the District Collectors to focus on this issue.

On August 12, YSR Cheyuta programme would be implemented in which every woman in the age group of 45 and 60 and belonging to BC,SC, ST and minorities would be given Rs 18,750.

Under YSR Vasati Deevena programme, the mothers of children who are on higher studies would be given Rs 10,000 as first installment on August 19.

On August 26, YSR Housing programme would be launched to construct 15 lakh houses to mark the opening of the economy.

The first of the four parts loan waiver for the self-help groups would be launched on September 11 under YSR Aasara.

Under YSR Vidya Deevena, fee reimbursement of college students would be launched with the transfer of first quarter fees into the accounts of mothers on September 25.

The second installment of Rythu Bharosa would be given to farmers at the rate of Rs 4,000 per family for harvesting or for rabi in October. The ten lakh hawkers and small traders would be given interest-free loan of Rs 10,000 in October. The second installment of Vidya Deevena would be transferred into the accounts of the mothers in November.

AgriGold victims would be provided financial help in December. The District Collectors, SPs and the CID should obtain approval from the judicial courts in this connection.

Amma Vodi programme would be implemented in January. The final installment of the Rythu Bharosa programme would be implemented in January 2021 in which Rs 2,000 would be paid to farmers when the harvesting was completed.

The third quarter Vidya Deevena would be implemented in February 2021 along with second installment of Vasati Deevna. The self-help groups would be given interest-free loans in March 2021, he said.
