Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated the third phase of the YSR Kanti Velugu program in Kurnool on Tuesday. Addressing the public in Kurnool, Jagan Mohan Reddy said that the eye screening will be conducted for the old age people for March 1. He asserted that the eyeglasses would be door delivered to the people through Village volunteers.

CM Jagan also said that the infrastructure in the government hospital would be changed in the next three years by setting up new hospitals with a budget of Rs.15.337 crore on par with corporate hospitals. The chief minister has assured of setting up a teaching facility in hospital at all parliamentary constituencies. CM advised officials to ensure that the doctors are present in hospitals all the time.

Earlier, CM Jagan, who arrived at the Kurnool APSP Battalion Helipad from Orvakal Airport, was warmly welcomed by the party cadre. Deputy Chief Minister Alla Nani, Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, Labor Minister Jayaram, Government Whip Gangula Prabhakar Reddy, MP Sanjeev Kumar and many other public figures and officials were among those who welcomed CM.
