BJP leader and former minister Adinarayana Reddy on Monday said that chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, MP Avinash Reddy and Jammalamadugu MLA Sudheer Reddy will be held responsible if anything were to happen to him. He said he will resign from the BJP and start an agitation if anything happens to the candidates in the constituency.
Adinarayana Reddy has taken the developments in Jammulamadugu constituency to the notice of Union Minister Kishan Reddy accusing MLA Sudheer Reddy of kidnapping a BJP candidate of Jammalamadugu constituency.
A tense situation was reported on Saturday in Devagudi, Jammalamadugu Mandal of Kadapa district. Police have registered cases against former minister Adinarayana Reddy and MLC Shivanatha Reddy for the attacks on Reddaiah.
Reddaiah who was seriously injured in the attack was rushed to the Proddutury hospital.
