Guntur: MLC KS Lakshmana Rao and CPM leaders on Wednesday participated in relay fast and protested against National Register of Citizens (NRC), National People's Register (NPR) and Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
He participated in the deeksha sibiram conducted near Collectorate in Guntur on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, Lakshamana Rao demanded that the state government pass a resolution in the state Assembly against NPR, NRC and CAA immediately.
He alleged that the BJP government at the Centre is trying to divide the people. The agitators raised slogans against the BJP government.
