Deputy CM flags off Olympic Day 5-K run
Deputy Chief Minister Amzadh Basha SB has inaugurated Olympic Day 5K run by flagging off the run here on Sunday.
Kadapa: Deputy Chief Minister Amzadh Basha SB has inaugurated Olympic Day 5K run by flagging off the run here on Sunday. Students, officials and others have participated in good numbers in the event.
The rally which started at State Guest House passed through Koti Reddy Circle, Nagarajapet, Old Bus Stand and Seven Roads and concluded at Municipal playground. Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister said that as part of Olympic Day run, the programme was organised across the state.
He said that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is participating in the event in state capital. The Deputy CM stressed on the need that students should frequently participate in such events as they can maintain good health physically and mentally. Municipal Commissioner Basha Mohiddin, STEP CEO Ramnaik and others were present.
