Eluru: 47% housing plots ready for distribution in West Godavari

Eluru: District Collector R Muthyala Raju informed Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy that 47 per cent of Residential plots have been completed so far for distribution during Ugadi.
Attending a video conference convened by the Chief Minister from the Secretariat in Amaravati on Tuesday, the Collector informed that out of 635 acres that need to be acquired for housing purpose, land owners have voluntarily offered 268 acres of land.
In order to speed up distribution exercise, a special officer has been appointed for every assembly segment in the district, he said.
SP Navdeep Singh Grewal explained to the Chief Minister that the construction of Disha police station would be completed by March 1.
