An emotional climate has prevailed in the second-day constituency level meeting of Telugu Desam Party organized by party national president N.Chandra Babu Naidu
Kadapa: An emotional climate has prevailed in the second-day constituency level meeting of Telugu Desam Party organized by party national president N.Chandra Babu Naidu as several functionaries narrated their bitter experiences with YSR Congress party cadres in the villages after 2019 general elections.
One SK Moulali a TDP leader Nadi Palli village of Mydukuru Mandal detailed that he was humiliated by YCP men joining him with YSR congress otherwise he would lose all benefits being providing by the government. Moulali is having solid vote bank in his community in the village as he played a crucial role in behalf of TDP in the 2019 elections. Shedding to tears the victim told TDP chief he is facing life threat from the YSR Congressmen.
In another incident M.Naga Subbamma an Anganwadi worker VAngirala village of Raayachoti Mandal detailed that she is being harassed by YCP men to resign of her post. After she ignored their proposal officers removed her from the job without showing any reasons. "Despite court has issued the orders in favour mine directing to joined me in the duty but local officials least bothered over the issue as they were under pressure of YCP men".
One K.Manohar Reddy of Simhadri Puram Mandal said that he was not able to live in the village as every day he is feeling insecure facing life threat from the YCP men. "Sir I lost all hopes as I am not sure of my life. This kind of situation witnessing not only to me but also everyone who worked for the party in 2019 general elections" he said.
Like SK Moulali, Naga Subbamma, K.Manohar Reddy there are as many as 19 party functionaries shared their bitter experiences with the party chief in the meeting by saying it will be difficult to move as the villages witnessing like fir covered with ash.
Speaking the occasion Chandra Babu Naidu said that this kind of climate has been witnessing entire state as TDP functionaries are being targeted by YCP men even for petty reasons. He recalled that TDP has experienced up and downs during its long journey but finally successful. "Do not worry good days are ahead as people of the state are vexed with the government of its ante people polices. They are waiting for time to teach a lesson to the YSR Congress. TDP will be committed to protecting the interest of party cadres". He said. On this occasion, Chandra Babu Naidu reviewed with Proddaturu, Kamalapuram, Pulivendula, Jammalamadugu, Mydukuru, Kadapa constituencies on Tuesday.
