Participating in the protest programme, SC/ST Commission former chairman Karem Shivaji also asked the central government to add reservations in Article 9 of Constitution for the benefit of SCs.
Party leaders Medapati Sharmila Reddy, TBR Prasad, K Chiranjeevi, A Vasu and others were present on the occasion.
