Former minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao has expressed outrage that AP chief minister YS Jagan is hurting the sentiments of Hindus. He spoke to the media in Vijayawada. CM did not care about the old traditions of divinity and violated the rules. Uma said that Silk robes should be presented to Kanaka Durga on Indrakeeladri on Moola Nakshatra. But Jagan did it early.

He said that the sentiments of the devotees were hurting. Uma alleged that the silk robes were presented a day earlier in the wake of his meeting with Modi on Saturday.

He alleged that the Polavaram Dam is conspired to reduce the height. He warned that the TDP would not tolerate if the interests of the state are not protected.

Uma alleged that Jagan is showing discrimination against the officers who worked in Chandrababu's office when the latter was Chief Minister. He said the entrepreneurs are not showing interest in the state due to Jagan's caste biased nature.
