Galla appointed vigilance committee chief

Guntur: MP Galla Jayadev has been appointed as the district vigilance and monitoring committee chairman. The Central government issued orders to this effect.

He will supervise implementation of Central government schemes and spending of Central government funds. DRDA officials will conduct meetings after every three months. District Collector I Samuel Anand Kumar is the convener of the committee to conduct meetings.
