Guntur: The Guntur Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Challa Anuradha inspected election material and strong room at Maddi Bala Tripula Sundaramma Government Polytechnic here on Thursday.
She also examined facilities for votes counting. She visited rooms in the college and inspected facilities available on the premises.
She discussed on need to set up barricades and availability of parking place in the college premises for parking vehicles.
She instructed the officials to provide necessary facilities to the staff at the counting centers.
She enquired about availability of furniture and directed the officials to set up tents on the day of material distribution and counting of votes.
She directed the officials to see that uninterrupted power supplied in the college and take steps to maintain sanitation on the college premises. She was accompanied by the GMC officials.
