Guntur Municipal Corporation to start additional counters from today

Guntur: Guntur Municipal Corporation has all ready to set up special counters at GMC head office and circle offices from Wednesday which will work from 7 am to 9 am for the convenience of the tax payers. In a statement, the municipal commissioner said that only 13 days left to pay the property tax, drainage tax and vacant land to the GMC. She said that she allotted additional staff to work in the additional counters.

She felt that morning hours are convenient to pay taxes for business men and employees. She urged the building owners to pay the tax to the GMC for the second quarter 2019-20 to the GMC and cooperate.
