As a prelude to Bharat Ratna Dr B R Ambedkar 128th birthday celebrations held at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL)-HPCL Visakh Refinery on Friday.
Visakhapatnam: As a prelude to Bharat Ratna Dr B R Ambedkar 128th birthday celebrations held at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL)-HPCL Visakh Refinery on Friday. The celebrations started with traditional lighting of lamp followed by Budhha Vandanam.
The portrait of Dr B R Ambedkar was garlanded by V Ratanraj, Executive Director HPCL-VR, S Raja, Executive Director-VRMP, Chief General Managers, representatives of HPCL SC/ST Welfare Association, Petroleum Workers' Union, HPC Employees Union. Speaking on the occasion, V Ratanraj highlighted the contributions of Ambedkar to the nation and emphasised the commitment of HPCL in realising the vision of Ambedkar.
