JEO releases literary book on Annamayya

Tirupati: A literary book 'Annamaiah-Vengamamba Sahitya Vaibhavam' was released by Tirupati JEO B Lakshmikantham in his camp office, on the occasion of 611th jayanthi of saint poet Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya in Tirupati on Tuesday.

The JEO said 23 renowned scholars have contributed different essays on the lifestyle and works of the legendary writers Annamayya and Vengamamba in this book. Some of the well-known scholars, who have penned some scholarly articles in this book includes Dr Samudrala Lakshmanaiah, Dr KJ Krishnamurthy, Dr Medasani Mohan, Dr Peta Srinivasulu TReddy and others.
