Kakinada Municipal Corporation (KMC) Commissioner Swapnil Dinakar Pundkar has directed the officials to speed up the Boat Building Yard works in the Smart City
Kakinada: Kakinada Municipal Corporation (KMC) Commissioner Swapnil Dinakar Pundkar has directed the officials to speed up the Boat Building Yard works in the Smart City.
He inspected the Boat Building Yard works at Jagannaickpur here on Friday. He inspected the sanitation at Ramakrishnaraopet and other surrounding areas.
The Commissioner while passing through the locality observed water stagnation in the lanes and asked the residents to maintain clean surroundings.
The Commissioner on this occasion created awareness to public on sanitation and asked them to keep surroundings clean to avoid mosquito breeding thereby averting seasonal diseases like malaria, dengue, and viral fevers. The Commissioner directed the officials to initiate additional measures for the improvement of sanitation facilities in the city.
Municipal SE P Satyanarayana Raju, MHO P Prasanth and Smart City officials were present.
