Kargil Vijay Diwas celebrated
As part of the Kargil Vijay Diwas celebrations on Thursday, the district collector Dr Pola Bhaskara, joint collector Shan Mohan, additional joint collector Dr A Siri, DRO V Venkata Subbaiah extended their wishes to the Indian army.
Ongole: As part of the Kargil Vijay Diwas celebrations on Thursday, the district collector Dr Pola Bhaskara, joint collector Shan Mohan, additional joint collector Dr A Siri, DRO V Venkata Subbaiah extended their wishes to the Indian army. The collector and other officials felicitated the family members of the slain soldiers from the district and praised their services to the motherland.
The officials felicitated Tallapureddy Guruvamma, mother of Tallapureddy Krishnareddy of Obulapuram village in Giddalur mandal, Kankara Savitri, wife of Kankara V Subbareddy of Mundlamuru village in Giddalur mandal, Shaik Nazma, wife of Shaik Akbar of Bilal Colony of Ongole in the Kargil Vijay Diwas celebrations.The district Sainik welfare officer M Rajani Kumari and other staff of the department also participated in the programme.
