Kakinada: The kin of Patnala Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Murthy (68) retired BSNL employees donated eyes of Murthy, who expired on Tuesday to Badam Balakrishna Eye Ban Bank under Kakinada Eye Foundation.
While appreciating the good gesture, the founder of the eye bank Dr Badam Balakrishna said that this will provide eye sight to two persons who are visually impaired. On this occasion, Dr Balakrishna appealed to people who are interested in donating eyes to contact 99989799456 or to 9490710666.
