Kurupam (Vizianagaram): A class-10 student B Giribabu studying at Tribal Welfare Ashram School at G Sivada village of Kurupam mandal was drowned in a stream on Wednesday. The boy was staying in a hostel. Actually the students won't be allowed to go out unless they have special permission from the Principal. But these boys are habitually going out for bath instead of taking bath at the hostel.
On Wednesday morning, he went out to take bath at a stream near his hostel and was accidentally drowned. His classmates found his body and informed the school management who lodged a complaint with the police.
The parents of the hostel students alleged that the management was not discharging their duties properly and allowing the students to go out.
Later, police reached the hostel , booked a case and started investigation
