Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram has said the legal adoption Act enacted by the government will provide security for future of the children and the foster parents.
Unveiling the pamphlets of 'Adoption rules and regulations by law' launched by the Department of Women and Child Welfare along with Child Rights Protection Forum (CRPF) and ICDS, Tammineni Sitaram called for government departments and non-governmental organisations to take up awareness programmes on the law.
CRPF State president Gondu Sitaram said that along with the protection of children's rights, the forum will work with the government departments to organise awareness camps and seminars for children.
