Measures taken to check traffic problem

Guntur: Police officials led by South Coastal Zone Guntur Range Inspector General of Police R K Meena regulated the traffic between Guntur and Vijayawada in view of the swearing in ceremony of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy on Thursday in Vijayawada.

The police have stopped vehicles at Bible Mission Grounds at ANU, Prakasam Barrage and Kanakadurga Varadhi at Tadepalli in the morning. The police have taken precautionary measures to avoid untoward incidents and traffic jam on the highway.

The police have made heavy bandobust to check any untoward incident. They allowed vehicles towards Vijayawada city from Guntur only after completion of the swearing in ceremony of Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
