Micro observers told to implement EC directions strictly
East Godavari Collector Kartikeya Mishra asked the micro observers to implement the directions of Election Commission (EC) strictly in the conduct of polls on April 11.
Kakinada: East Godavari Collector Kartikeya Mishra asked the micro observers to implement the directions of Election Commission (EC) strictly in the conduct of polls on April 11. At a programme organised at district collectorate here on Sunday, the Collector along with election observer R Nanda Gopal created awareness to micro observers.
Participating in the training, the Collector said that the EC was implementing micro observers system for free and fair conduct of polls with transparency. On this occasion, Kartikeya Mishra briefed the micro observers on 18 poll related issues on which they will have to keep special focus and constant vigil.
Election Commission observer Nanda Gopal asked the micro observers to be present at polling stations by 6 am on the day of polling and remain till completion of polling process keeping strict vigil on the process. ARO for Kakinada LS constituency and Rajamahendravaram Municipal Commissioner Summit Kumar Gandhi was present.
