Minister Vellampalli Srinivas visits West constituency
Minister for Endowments Vellampalli Srinivas said that the State government was committed for the development of the state on all fronts.
Vijayawada: Minister for Endowments Vellampalli Srinivas said that the State government was committed for the development of the state on all fronts. As part of the West constituency visit on Friday, the Minister made a whirlwind visit by riding a motorbike.
He visited Kabela centre, Brundavan colony, Kanakamma street, Canara Bank colony, Lakshmi Nagar church road, Seetamma colony, Sithara road and other areas. He met the local residents and enquired about their problems.
He alleged that the previous TDP government neglected the development of the areas where there were YSRCP corporators. The residents of Division 29 told the Minister that the situation in the area was pathetic, if it rains as there were no proper roads. Apart from drinking water problem, the residents are facing problems without proper drainage facility.
The Minister assured the residents of that area that he would address all their problems in phased manner and ordered the concerned to prepare necessary proposals. VMC officials E Koteshwara Rao, M Durga Rao, 29 division YSRCP leader Srinivas Reddy, Krishna Reddy, Siva, Koti Reddy, Vasu Kanta Rao and others were present.
