Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu demanded his counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao to write a letter to the Centre stating that TRS supports Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh and also approach Supreme Court seeking permission to withdraw all the cases it had filed against Polvaram project by Tuesday evening.

In a strong reply to the statement of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao that TRS was never opposed to Polavaram project and had supported SCS in both houses of Parliament, Naidu said his continuous public bashing of KCR had now made him to come with new tricks.

Naidu tried to whip up the sentiment further saying that in 2004 KCR went with Congress, in 2009 he had an alliance with TDP and in 2014 after elections he purchased TDP MPs and abused people of Andhra in the most vulgar language.

He called Andhras as Telangana Drohulu. He insulted Telugu Thalli saying whose mother is she? Now he says I have no sense or intelligence.

"I am happy for one thing that KCR was now falling in line. But at the same time, he should first explain why his MPs opposed us when the TDP moved no confidence in Lok Sabha," Naidu said.

Naidu recalled what KCR said after Sonia Gandhi's meeting in Medchal during TS Assembly elections. KCR had said: "How dare Sonia talk about SCS from Telangana "Gadda".

First, they should make it clear whether they would give equal incentives to Telangana or not. SCS to Andhra would cause damage to Telangana". But now he (KCR) says he will support.

These are a few examples to prove that he never speaks truth. He should also explain why he sent Rs 1,000 crore to YSRCP. Naidu said TRS and YSRCP can do nothing with 42 seats.

They are in Modi front and people know what Modi is, he said. Naidu on the other hand said TDP has support of almost all national parties, including Mamata Banerjee, Mayawati, Arvind Kejriwal, Deve Gowda, Stalin, Sharad Pawar and others.

Naidu said KCR calls me a "Sannasi." Says he is not opposed to Polavaram but was concerned about submergence. Naidu said give Bhardrachalam to Andhra and we will take care of submergence.

He should also explain who conceived Hi-Tec city, international airport and ORR. But he could do nothing in last five years. All that he has done is scheming. He bought opposition MPs. He warned KCR to keep his tongue under control.

Naidu further said that KCR has been using Jagan to derail the growth of AP. Jagan has fears of getting punished for his crimes and attached properties in Telangana, hence he surrendered to Modi and KCR.

"Let him go and take the biscuits thrown by them, the state will be rid of Shani," he added. Referring to attacks on party activists on Monday allegedly by YSRCP workers, Naidu said that if that was the situation when they are not in power imagine what would be situation if they come to power.

They will kill people and picturise it as death due to heart attack. Naidu said he has always been tough on rowdy elements and after coming back to power he would again ensure that rowdyism was wiped out from state.

He called upon the people to be alert and ensure that TDP comes back to power with full majority. Referring to cases filed against TDP leaders who have properties in Hyderabad, Naidu said if he does not stop resorting to such incidents, he would go to Hyderabad and sit on dharna.

He said TDP would even fight Trump if injustice was meted to people of Andhra. I am not the one who would succumb to pressures. I did not bend even before Modi. I will never tolerate if anyone resorts to hurting self-respect of Andhra's, he said.
