Kakinada: Registration and Stamps Joint Inspector General V Ravi Kumar said that the buyers could prepare land documents on their own across the State. He participated in a review meeting on Registration Department's online document preparation at the Collectorate here on Thursday.
Ravi Kumar said that Registration and Stamps department has been implementing many innovative methods from time to time to provide transparent and efficient services to the public. The people can prepare document online, he added.
Registration and Stamps department will be launching an online registration scheme for the sale and purchase of property by the public on November 1. Then, it could become more accountable, he added.
The department has started given training to Sub-Registrar, builders, traders and advocates on this policy to upgrade their skills and knowledge. District Registrar Ch Ramalingeswar Rao, DIG P Saroja, builders, advocates and others were present on the occasion.
