Post-operative sustenance scheme inaugurated by Collector J Nivas in Srikakulam

Srikakulam: District Collector J Nivas inaugurated YSR Aarogya Aasara post-operative sustenance scheme at RIMS hospital here on Monday.
The scheme is intended to provide financial aid to patients till they recover completely. Under the scheme patients will get Rs 225 a day and the upper limit for per month is Rs 5,000 under the Aarogya Aasara scheme. Speaking on the occasion, the District Collector explained that the government aimed to provide financial aid to patients.
On the occasion, the Collector handed over aid under the Aasara scheme through bankers' cheques to the patients, S Raju, G Krishna and K Ramanamma at RIMS hospital.
