Rajamahendravaram: Anganwadi workers participate in rallies
Hundreds of Anganwadi workers and activists of CITU participated in the rallies held in Rajamahendavaram on Sunday in connection with the Federation of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers ninth national-level meeting commenced.
Rajamahendravaram: Hundreds of Anganwadi workers and activists of CITU participated in the rallies held in Rajamahendavaram on Sunday in connection with the Federation of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers ninth national-level meeting commenced.
The rallies started from Kambala Tank and Kotipalli Bus Station and reached Subramanya Mydanam, the venue for public meeting. At the meeting, speakers urged the central and state government to help in the welfare of the Angandwadi workers.
CITU national president Hemalatha, general secretary Tapansen, Federation national president Usha Rani, general secretary AK Sindhu, state general secretary Gafoor, state president and secretaries G Baby Rani, KS Ravamma district leaders T Arun and many others were present.
