Sarasvathi Yagam performed to mark Mula Nakshatram

Vijayawada: Special pujas (SarasvathiYagam) was performed at Sri Durgamalleswara Swamyvarla Devastanam to mark Mula Nakshatram, atop Indrakeeladri on Tuesday. The special puja was organised at entrance of the temple from 9 am to 11 am.

As many as 100 students participated in the puja on the occasion. The temple executive officer V Koteswaramma participated in the special pujas and distributed a pen, goddess photo, wrist band (Kankanam), prasadam to the students. Later, Anna prasadam was distributed to the devotees.
