Guntur: Guntur rural SP Vishal Gunni said that revenue, police, Medical and Health and local bodies are coordinating and working together to check spread of Covid-19.
He visited containment zone in Narasaraopet in Guntur district on Monday and interacted with police officials and enquired about situation.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that there is need to implement lockdown in the containment zones and appreciated the steps taken by the police department to check spread of Covid-19.
He enquired whether police had taken all the precautionary measures to protect them from getting infected with Covid-19. He visited Varavakatta, Yenugula Bazar areas in Narasaraopet town.
He expressed satisfaction over steps taken by police to check spread of Civil-19. He went to One-Town Police Station and instructed the police personnel to wear masks and use sanitizer. He stressed on need to create awareness on precautionary measures to be taken to check spread of Covd-19.
