Amaravati: The TDP alleged that the YSRCP leaders have been trying to illegally possess about 35 acres land out of 75 acres of Leather Industries Development Corporation of A.P.Ltd (LIDCAP) at Adiguppala village in Macherla Assembly Constituency in Guntur district.
The former minister KS Jawahar, who is also a member in the Fact-Finding Committee said that he along with his team members tried to visit the lands but the YSRCP leaders did not allow them to the area.
He addressed the media on Tuesday and stated that the lands were already under the YSRCP leaders hands and landscaping works were in progress. He criticised that it would be an injustice to the poor sections, particularly the SCs, who depended on the LIDCAP.
