TTD releases 3,000 more special entry tickets

Tirupati: Within 24 hours of the decision to permit about 10,000 devotees per day to visit Tirumala temple, the TTD on Thursday decided to further enhance the number of sale of Sarvadarshan tickets. From Friday, about 14,000 devotees will be allowed to have a darshan of Lord Balaji.

The Sarvadarshan tokens will be issued from 5 am to 3 pm at the counters in Srinivasam, Vishnu Nivasam and Bhudevi complex near RTC Balaji bus stand, Alipiri for darshan on June 27 to 30. Daily, 3750 tickets will be issued under Sarvadarshan quota in 12 slots for darshan, sources said

The TTD released additional 3,000 special entry tickets of Rs 300 without any prior announcement. This has come as pleasant surprise for devotees to have darshan from June 27 to 30.

With this, the total number of Rs 300 special entry tickets will go up to 9,000 from June 27 to June 30, while Sarvadarshan tokens will be 3,750.
