Tirupati: Avula Ramesh Reddy took charge as a new SP of Tirupati Urban Police, on Saturday in District Police Office (DPO) . It may be noted that previous SP Gaja Rao Bhupal was transferred to police headquarters.
Interacting with media persons, the new SP Ramesh Reddy stated that his top priority is to provide security to world renowned Tirumala temple and its devotees. Giving protection to women and children are also important agendas, he says. SP further said that as per the directions of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, police will concentrate on implementation of Disha Act.
