The Ministry of Education is working hard to implement the ambitious 'Jagananna Amma Vodi' scheme. DEO G Nagammani on Monday released the schedule details from the school and the headmasters. The district-wide field-of-action is outlined for the implementation of the programme. The scheme will determine the eligibility of mothers / accredited caregivers of students from underprivileged families studying in class one to intermediate. The scheme is in the best interest of all. The government has prepared the guidelines for implementation of the scheme as part of the YSR Navasakam initiative from November 20 to December 20 of this month.

Amma VoDi District Level Schedule

Each school principal should check the details of students enrolled in the Teacher-Child Info. Must be confirmed by the 19th of this month.

• Students enrolled in a different school child must re-enrolled.

• The above list should be sent to the Education and Welfare Assistant of the Village Secretariat on 20th of this month and put on the notice board by 25th.

• The updated Child Info data will be delivered to APCFS through AP Online at the state level.

• The list of Child Info and Ration Cards received by AP Online and the information available to the mothers/guardians eligible for the sale will be announced on April 21 through APCSFS.

• Login ID and password are assigned to the principals by APCFSS. APCFSS releases three formats needed to add new qualifications.

• These include a list of mothers and caregivers with a format-1 white ration card. The information should be verified by the headmaster and summarized in the Grama Niladhari's login by 24 of this month.

• Format-1 shall be declared in the notice board by the Head of the Education Welfare Assistant Head of the Village Secretariat. The villagers should be given three days to file objections.

• Includes a list of mothers and caregivers who do not have a Format-2 white card. Headmasters should send the check to the Village Secretariat by 24th of this month.

• Format - 3 Aadhaar number / EID number should be used for the collection of students. Format-2 and Format-3 received by the headmasters should be provided to the village volunteers for education welfare and support.

• Village volunteers need to collect the information from the families Names of mothers who do not have information, ration card details, Aadhaar card number, account number and IFSC details.

• Families must be verified by six-step inspection, whether they are eligible or not. Data collection will be carried out by village volunteers from 25th of this month to 1st of this month.

• The collected information should be returned to principals. The principal will need to update that information in the APCFSS.

• Even when preparing a draft list, it should be checked that there is 75% absenteeism. When it comes to calculating 75 per cent attendance, it should be as student-friendly as possible.

• The list should be announced at the Village Secretariat on 9th of June. The objections should be given to the villagers until the 13th of next month.

• The approved list should be submitted to the principal by 20th of next month. The relevant Principal shall deliver the same to the District Education Officer through the Zonal Education Office by the 23rd of the same month.

• The Principal should consult the Parents Committee when uploading information about the school.
