Vijayawada: SBI launches Financial Inclusion and Micro Market
State Bank of India (SBI), Vijayawada region DGM Arun Kumar Sahu said the SBI has created a separate Financial Inclusion and Micro Market (FI&MM) vertical within the bank with an exclusive focus on rendering services to the bank customers at the micro level.
Vijayawada: State Bank of India (SBI), Vijayawada region DGM Arun Kumar Sahu said the SBI has created a separate Financial Inclusion and Micro Market (FI&MM) vertical within the bank with an exclusive focus on rendering services to the bank customers at the micro level.
Arun Kumar on Tuesday inaugurated the FIMM vertical in Vijayawada and it covers 84 branches in Krishna and West Godavari districts.
Speaking on the occasion, the DGM said the objective of creating FI&MM in the country on June 1 is to expand the services in rural and semi-urban areas.
SBI Vijayawada Regional manager Kiran Kumar, AGM K Satish and other officials attended the event. The DGM has appealed to the staff to take the FI&MM concept at the grossroot level to serve more customers.
