Visakhapatnam: After almost two months, Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple reopened for the devotees on Wednesday.

Followed by a two-day trial run conducted at the temple, the temple opened its doors for the Devasthanam employees, and the local villagers were allowed for darshan.

Practising Covid-19 protocols at the temple, public were allowed to have darshan. About 1,100 devotees had a darshan of Lord Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy on Wednesday. An e-booking facility was also arranged.

About 401 persons booked Rs.100 tickets and 709 persons had free darshan on the occasion. Devotees maintained six feet social distancing at the queue lines. The temple was opened from 6 am to 6 pm.
