Visakhapatnam: Seer of Visakha Sri Sarada Peetham Swaroopanandendra Saraswati on Monday spoke to Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy over phone about the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams' (TTD) proposal of disposing its unviable properties across the country and raise around Rs 100 crore.
The seer also spoke to TTD Chairman Y V Subba Reddy and Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal on Monday and requested them to take the decision regarding the property disposal amicably as the sale of TTD properties is linked with the sentiments of the devotees. Further, Swaroopanandendra Saraswati suggested the row should be settled before the reopening of the temple to the public.
