Guntur: A fourth year ECE student of Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT) M Sai Prakash secured second prize in the 20-years boys category in the international open karate championship-2019 held in Hyderabad recently, according to college principal Vasireddy Vidyasagar.
Over 150 students from various states participated in the competition. VVIT students M Sai Prakash and M Sai Dheeraj showcased their talent. VVIT and chairman Vasireddy Vidyasagar and college principal Dr Y Mallikarjuna Rao appreciated the students at a programme held in the college on Friday.
