Workshop on ideation and prototyping held at Sri City
The E-Cell and Innovation Cell of IIIT Sri City organised a two-day workshop on Ideation and Prototyping which concluded on Sunday.
Tirupati: The E-Cell and Innovation Cell of IIIT Sri City organised a two-day workshop on Ideation and Prototyping which concluded on Sunday. The workshop was facilitated by Derick Jose, Co-Founder & Chief Data Scientist at Flutura Decision Sciences and Analytics, Bengaluru.
The workshop adopted the AI processes like emotion detectors, graph analysers, machine vision algorithms etc. into the customer journey map. The meet also incorporated Moon-shot thinking to think 10X instead of 10 percent improvement using exponential technologies like AR/VR, Drones, etc. and to develop a business model canvas to monetize the product.
About 10 teams of students participated and identified high-value problems in three verticals Healthcare, Education and Agriculture. IIIT Sri City Director Dr G Kannabiran said such ideation and prototyping workshops enable students adopt applied learning and help them to take up entrepreneurship.
Dr. AP Aruna, Consultant (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) IIIT Sri City summarised the learnings of the workshop and proposed vote of thanks.
