Prestige Estates, a real estate developer said it has lined up the launch of big projects in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai for the coming quarter.
Hyderabad: Prestige Estates, a real estate developer said it has lined up the launch of big projects in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai for the coming quarter.
The Group has completed 272 projects spanning developable area of 154 million sft and has 52 ongoing projects across segments, with total developable area of 78 million sft. Further, it is planning 47 projects spanning 79 million sft and holds a land bank of over 404 acres.
"We have completed over 11 million sft this quarter and are currently pouring concrete over 70 million sft of development area across the country," CMD of Prestige Group, Irfan Razack said.
Razack further said that the Group has lined up big launches in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai for the upcoming quarter. "The projects set to be launched will further our sales momentum and collections."
