Hyderabad: After the roaring success of its first virtual edition in 2020, online real estate brokerage firm PropTiger.com has announced the launch of the second edition of its national 'Right to Home' expo, which will also cover Hyderabad. Scheduled for February 6 and 7, 2021, the Hyderabad chapter of the two-day event will be held at the Radisson Hyderabad, Hitech City, between 10 am and 10PM, a media release said.
The expo will showcase a total of 1,730 housing units in various price segments, primarily falling in the range of Rs 45 lakh to Rs 2 crore.
Commenting on the launch, Rajan Sood, Business Head, PropTiger.com, said "A record low interest rate regime along with the extension of Section 80EEA (deduction on interest paid on home loans) for another year in the recent Budget, makes 2021 a very opportune time to invest in a residential property.
Keeping these factors in view and an improvement in the buyer sentiment, as reflected in our consumer sentiment survey recently, we are launching the second edition of the 'Right to Home' event, covering Hyderabad, to enable homebuyers to bag great discount offers from the leading brands in the industry, he said.

The leading developers in the Hyderabad housing market that are participating in the expo to showcase their projects include Brigade, Prestige, Ramky, Sumadhura, Urbanrise, Sreenidhi, Fortune, Incor, BSCPL, etc. The expo will showcase a host of properties catering to various segments, from affordable to mid-segment to luxury housing.
In its first edition conducted nationally in August 2020, the virtual event saw participation from over 30 developers, attracting over 12,000 registrations, the release added.
