The film is romantic comedy film written and co-produced by Luv Ranjan and directed by Akiv Ali which marks his directorial debut. The film is about a middle-age divorcé who falls in love with a woman 20 years his junior.
It was scheduled to release on 15 March 2019, but was delayed to 17 May 2019 to avoid competition with Devgn's Total Dhamaal.
