A new film of 'Chiyaan' Vikram was announced yesterday. '7 Screen Studio' and 'Viacom18 Studios' are jointly presenting the film '#ChiyaanVikram58' which will be directed by Ajay Gnanamuth, who made films like 'Demonte Colony', 'Imaikkaa Nodigal'
The director went on to Twitter, saying "With all your love and blessings, kickstarting my next with our beloved #ChiyaanVikram sir. It's like a dream come true for me to direct one of the best artist we have and to be working with this fabulous producer @Lalit_SevenScr and team!! @7screenstudio @Viacom18Studios".

The film is said to be an octane action thriller and Vikram will be going through a new look for this film. Apart from this Vikram has 'Dhruva Natchathiram', directed by Gautham Menon, for the release and will also be joining Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyan Selvan' after completing the shoot for the Ajay Gnanamuthu film.
