Dhanush back with action flick
Tamil movie ‘Pattas’, directed by RS Durai Senthil Kumar, is getting released in Telugu as ‘Local Boy,’ is presented by Jaganmohini on Vigneswara Entertainments.
Tamil movie 'Pattas', directed by RS Durai Senthil Kumar, is getting released in Telugu as 'Local Boy,' is presented by Jaganmohini on Vigneswara Entertainments. Produced by Ch Satish Kumar, the film's First Look, released recently, has received a great response.
The producer said that 'Local Boy' will be released in the first week of February.
Popular heroine Mehreen plays the female lead, while Sneha and Naveen Chandra are playing other key roles.
Talking about the movie, the producer said, "The film has a martial arts backdrop and is doing tremendously in Tamil Nadu. Dhanush's performance has been critically acclaimed.
He took special training to gain grip on martial arts. The film has familiar faces in its cast so, Telugu audience would feel like watching a straight Telugu movie."
Dhanush became very popular in the two Telugu states with 'Raghuvaran B Tech' and followed it up with 'Maari' and 'Dharma Yogi', add makers.
