Simran To Reprise Tabu's Role In Andhadhun Tamil Remake

The news about the remake of Superhit Hindi movie Andhadhun, in Telugu and Tamil was doing the rounds in filmy circles from many days.
Now, we hear that the movie will be remade in Tamil language with the title 'Andhaagan'.
The poster of this movie has been released in which Tamil actor Prashanth will be seen in the lead role. He will be playing the role portrayed by Ayushman Khurrana and the character played by Tabu will be enacted by Tamil star Simran, as per sources.
It remains to be seen who will take up the role of Radhika Apte. As already mentioned, Prashanth's father who is a senior Tamil actor will be bankrolling this movie. J J Fredrick of "Ponmagal Vandhal' fame will be directing this movie. In Telugu, Nithiin will be in the lead role and Tamannaah Bhatia will be seen in Tabu's role. There is a high likelihood of Nabha Natesh doing the role enacted by Radhika Apte in Telugu. The production for Telugu version of the movie has already started.
The movie is being done even in Malayalam with Prithvi Raj Sukumaran in the lead character. There is a possibility of Mamatha Mohan Das and Ahana Krishna taking up the roles enacted by Tabu and Radhika Apte. Andhadhun which was released in Hindi during the year 2018 was directed by Shri Ram Raghav. This movie had won National Awards in the best acting and best Screen Play categories in 2019.
