Amala Akkineni has made her debut into Telugu films with 'Pushpaka Vimanam', bid adieu to the cinema with 'Aagraham' in 1993 after she married Nagarjuna Akkineni. After that, she was actively seen in social welfare societies and many awareness programs.
She made her comeback with Shekar Kammula's 'Life is Beautiful' and also appeared in Hindi feature 'Karwan'. Well, she took the internet by storm by entering social media and announcing a new project. She created a twitter account and stated that she is entering the digital space with her new show called High Priestess on Zee5. The web series will be directed by Pushpa. More details about the genre and the other star casts of this web series will be out soon.
