The multi-starcast movie is being produced by Naveen, Ravi Shankar and Mohan under Mythri Movie Makers banner.
Talking to the media on Sunday, Nani said, "No similarities with Chiranjeevi's 'Gang Leader'. We thoroughly enjoyed working in this film. The film unit is surrounded by positive energy.
We are releasing the theatrical trailer on August 28," says the actor, who announced that the film will be hitting the screens on September 13.
"Working with veteran actress Lakshmi has been a learning experience and Karthikeya rocked in a negative role. Even debutant Priyanka did a good job. Producers haven't compromised on quality," he adds.
Sharing his experience of working with cinematographer from Poland Mirosław Kuba Brożek, he added, "Actually, PC Sreeram was our cinematographer but then he has to walk out due to dates clash.
At that time, someone suggested Mirosław Kuba Brożek, whom we fondly call Kuba, to Vikram. He's like the PC Sreeram of Poland we must say." Karthikeya claimed that he was essaying a dreaded baddy role.
