Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi is continuing to rule the box office even after two weeks of its release.
Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi is continuing to rule the box office even after two weeks of its release.
As there are no other better films running in theatres, Maharshi is continuing to cash it at the ticket counters. The film performed well in both the Telugu states even on its 17th day.
Maharshi is having a dream run in Karnataka as well. Till now, it collected a share of Rs.8 Crores and 5.75 crores came from the Bengaluru city itself.
It is the second film of Mahesh to cross the 8 cr mark in Karnataka. In the US, the film has collected $1.8 million till now and inching towards the $1.9 million mark.
Coming to the Telugu states, the film is expected to have collected a share of Rs.2 crores share on its 17th day.
As it can run for one more week with ease, trade pundits are predicting that it might reach that 100 crore mark worldwide in its total run. We will have to wait and see if it can achieve that feat.
