I am constantly telling people that they don't need to go nuts in order to lose weight! Shifting excess kilos is as easy as making a few changes in your eating habits and food mind set. Read below as I share tips to help every woman get into better shape.

It has always been my thumb rules that 50 per cent of your plate has to be vegetables and to make sure that your vegetables are made from vegetables. Then fill a quarter with rice, roti or bread and the last quarter of the plate with a dal or fish.
